Peter
Edwards
is Professor of Engineering Mathematics Education at Bournemouth
University and is a UK National Teaching Fellow. Peter's web pages

During
the 1999 - 2000 academic session, Colin Barry helped with
the creation of the applets and local Intranet web site construction
during the industrial placement year of his undergraduate studies.
At the conclusion of the 2000 - 2001 academic session, Colin completed
Bournemouth University's B.Sc.(Hons) in Software Engineering Management
gaining a 2:1 degree.
During
the 2001 - 2002 session, the project was joined by Paul Edwards,
on his industrial placement year from Nottingham Trent University's
B.Sc.(Hons) Computer Studies course. During 2002 - 2003, Paul transferred
to Bournemouth University to complete his B.Sc. (Hons) Computer
Studies where he gained a First Class Honours degree. Paul continued
to write some applets during 2003 - 2004 and helped to update the
web page layout during this time.
For
the 2003 - 2004 session, the MathinSite team was joined by
Martin Brennan. Martin was also an Industrial Placement student
from Bournemouth University's B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Studies degree.
For 2004 - 2005, Martin completed his studies and obtained a 2:1
degree and now works as a software writer in London.
Also
during 2003 - 2004, Roy Blatchford, a final year undergraduate
on Bournemouth University's B.Sc. (Hons) Electronics
Combined Programme, undertook as part of his assessment requirement,
a project which involved writing an applet/worksheet package on
z-transforms.
NOTE:
The funding for this project has now finished. Further work will
be done on a voluntary basis.
